Let's face it, its brutal out there. You need money like oxygen to survive and keep your business alive. I don't care what the news media is saying about the economy bouncing back. The banks got billions in bailout money, but they still haven't tricked it down to benefit you, the consumer and entrepreneur.
By now many of you know about private lenders and personal and business lines of credit to get access to cash and credit to run your business and do deals. But you'll end up facing a lot of rejection from private lenders these days because they are gunshy about parting with their money because they've been burned in the market. And business and personal credit techniques contain so much misinformation you could easily lose your shirt and waste many months.
This 60 minute call will target some of the biggest problems you face out there nowadays and warn you of the pitfalls where you will waste time and money and show you the rare gems where you can still get access to credit and capital including:
1. Why you haven't gotten the funding you need to run your business. Hint: Its not your fault. But if you don't do these 7 steps you have only yourself to blame.
Yes, the banks are a huge problem. They have received billions in bailout money but they aren't loaning it out. But there are some banks that will still give you money. But it's not just knowing which banks, it's knowing the right people at the bank. It's more and more that way these days – not just what you know, but who you know. I will open up my rolodex to you and explain to you who you need to know. At the same time I will break down, step by step, how to "position" yourself and your business for maximum success, in any market.
2. What programs really work today to get you credit, and what doesn't.
I've personally tried and tested many different companies, providers, and systems. I have invested a lot. Some of the systems and techniques produced results in which I obtained credit liens for myself and clients. Others, sadly, did not.
But the true entrepreneurs, those destined for success, never quit because they see failure as feedback and they know the plan works, they just got to work the plan. Benefit from my experience and learn who is still performing and able to obtain credit for you.
3. Not the same recycled hype you hear from other speakers who haven't adapted to the times.
I've personally heard and bought and listened to all of the speakers I can possibly think of who talk about programs on where to get the money, including private money and personal and business lines of credit. Although some of these programs do have good ideas, unfortunately NONE of them I have seen adapt the techniques to this new economy or have changed their message from the same "irrational exhuberance" from years ago. I bust the myths of these so-called experts and show you what really works in today's rapidly changing market.
4. Where you will get "instant preapprovals" of $20,000 or more if your business is 3+ years old and how to know if you qualify.
Although many banks have tightened up considerably, if you have a business that meets a certain specific set of criteria, a few smaller banks and credit unions will still give you credit. Best of all there is no personal credit check and you don't have to sign personally on the note. So your credit doesn't matter. I give you the basics and connect you to my source if you fit a few basic criteria.
5. how to quickly and instantly "beef up" your personal (or business credit)
There are special accounts you can acquire to enhance your personal or business credit and do so legitimately and lawfully. This has nothing to do with "authorized users" a tactic which no longer works in this market. I've interviewed several insiders "in the know" who have bona fide sources who really do perform. Once you have the A-plus credit score with this enhancement, the banks will roll out the red carpet and you can get huge credit lines.
6. How to legally and quickly fix your credit so you and your clients can get the approvals you want.
I know credit repair is controversial. But you have a lawful right to challenge and dispute items under the Fair Credit Reporting Act and other statues. Do this properly with the right source and you can see your credit improve. Better yet, when your buyers and sellers credit is improved you can finally get them the mortgage loan approval they want – which means a big fat payday to you when the deal closes. And means the preapprovals roll in, one after the other.
7. Actual proof this works.
I give you examples of how I and my clients got funded. One referral got $50,000.00 in a revolving line of credit. Another real estate guru speaker got a huge credit line closed down by the bank for no apparent reason – she was never late, never over the limit, just too much unused credit. So I gave her a few "magic words" and she got this credit line reopened. This could mean thousands of dollars in revenue to her. The other examples and bona fide sources have either proof of funding that either I personally have seen with or they have.
